Imperial Toys were and still are a brand known for their cheap "rack toys". Of the many, many licenses they've had over the years, the coolest to me is their line of Universal Monsters figures. These figures are quite barebones; they have a single point of articulation in the two arms, and that's it. They stand at 8 inches tall, and are made of a sort of rubbery material. There's only four to the set: Frankenstein's Monster, Dracula, The Mummy and The Wolfman. Not much else to say beyond that so...
